Sangre de Toro has a harmonious and elegant taste with tints of berries and licorice, velvety tannins and a pleasant aftertaste. The aroma of the spirit is complex, with notes of blackberry and spicies.

It is produced from these grape varieties: Grenache and Carignano. Sangre de Toro represents Bacchus – the Roman god of wine, known in ancient times as the "Son of a bull." After fermentation in steel tanks, the wine is aged for 6 months in barrels of French and American oak.

It is recommended to drink in combination with a variety of dishes of meat, game and Mediterranean cuisine.
